Payment & Delivery

Payment methods

We offer our customers the following payment methods:

  • Credit, debit or pre-paid card (Processed securely by Piraeus Bank)

            We do not collect card details and are only notified of the success or failure of your transaction. 

  • Wire transfers (payable in EURO)   

             Bank account details are included in your order confirmation email. Please note your full name and order number as a reference. 

Full payment must be validated in order to accept and start the delivery process for any placed order. Additional charges that apply for wire transfers (both international and in the EU) and credit card payments fees, are on buyer's expenses.

Shipping methods and costs

We offer you the following shipping methods, both worldwide and domestic:

  • Hellenic Post
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • UPS

Shipping costs are determined by destination, weight and shipping method, by entering the required data in your shopping cart shipping section. Full cost will be calculated and displayed before you finalize your order. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders in stock will be dispatched within 1 business day of the purchase date. Time of delivery depends on destination and shipping method you choose.

Discounts or free shipping terms and offers will be announced occasionally on our website.

Late delivery doesn’t entitle you to cancel your order, nor do we assume any liability for loss or damage because of that.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method to a better way depending on address and weight of package.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) 

In case you change your mind and want to return an ordered item, please bear in mind that any return freight costs will be at your expenses. In addition the items must be returned within 2 weeks time of the purchase date and in original condition as purchased (labels/tickets attached, garments unworn).

We do not refund or accept returns of custom ordered items (specifically ordered for you from manufacturer) even if they are in perfect condition.

If you return items to us that do not comply with the above requirements, we will return them to you at your cost.

In case of faulty items, we offer free of charge return and full refund, through the RMA request form which is available on your account menu. RMA request must be filled within 4 days of the delivery date and we may ask you to provide proof of damage, to support your claim.
